Senior substance abuse is a pressing issue often sidelined in American discourse. Based in Northwest Indiana, Porter-Starke Services is deeply committed to providing mental health support tailored to the needs of the community. I had the honor of contributing to a substance abuse prevention campaign designed specifically for seniors and their loved ones. At its heart, the campaign aimed to dismantle the stigma surrounding senior substance abuse by offering practical activities proven to foster cognitive agility, nurture mental wellness, and discourage substance misuse.
